Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room was well-equipped and clean, but there were some odd aspects to it. The service, however, exceeded my expectations with their helpful and accommodating attitude. The location was convenient and central, offering easy access to Penzance's attractions. The dining experience was superb, adding a touch of quality to my stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was perfect, right where we wanted to be, but the room had some issues like low ceilings and discomfort from the flooring. The service, on the other hand, was exceptional with staff going above and beyond to make things right. The dining experience was delightful, although there was a problematic situation with a room near the kitchen affecting the meal. Overall, it was a memorable stay with a few hiccups along the way.
The hotel offers a cozy and charming stay with a wonderful terrace bar overlooking the sea, perfect for relaxing. The friendly service adds a personal touch, though some noise issues may disrupt peace. Located centrally with easy access to amenities, it's a gem with a few minor drawbacks.
