I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room was well-equipped and clean, but there were some odd aspects to it. The service, however, exceeded my expectations with their helpful and accommodating attitude. The location was convenient and central, offering easy access to Penzance's attractions. My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was perfect, right where we wanted to be, but the room had some issues like low ceilings and discomfort from the flooring. The service, on the other hand, was exceptional with staff going above and beyond to make things right. The dining experience was delightful, although there was a problematic situation with a room near the kitchen affecting the meal. Overall, it was a memorable stay with a few hiccups along the way.
